Choose the invitation method that fits a known guest list or an open self-registration group.

Choose an invite method

  • Invite by email sends personal invitations to the addresses entered when the event launches.
  • Share a link lets participants self-register. You can launch before collecting their email addresses.
  • Both sends email invitations and keeps a reusable join link available.

Share the join link

  1. Launch the event

    A share-enabled event creates its invitation link.

  2. Copy or share the link

    Use the event share controls to send the complete invitation URL.

  3. Use the QR code when useful

    Display or download the event QR code for an in-person group.

Control access

Invitation links act as access credentials. If you create a new link, the old one will no longer work. Email invitations stay linked to the person they were sent to.
