Delete your Flonslist account

You can delete your account in Flonslist or request deletion without installing the app.

Delete from your profile

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile and choose Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation, type DELETE and re-authenticate when asked.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@flonslist.com from the email address used for your Flonslist account. Use the subject "Flonslist account deletion". We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your password.

What is removed

Deletion removes your profile, wishlists, products, uploaded images, events you organise, invitations, gift claims and memberships, and connected-app authorisations. Other people's accounts and content are kept. Pairings involving you are marked for organiser review.

A temporary security record prevents old sessions from recreating deleted data. It is eligible for automatic deletion after 24 hours. Backups, operational logs, email copies already delivered, and any legally required retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.
