Welcome to Flonslist. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website flonslist.com and all related services, applications, features, and tools (together, the "Service") operated by Flonslist ("Flonslist", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Flonslist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Flonslist provides tools for creating, managing, and sharing wishlists, gift registries, events, Secret Santa swaps, and related content. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • post, upload, or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without our express written permission;
  • upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
  • use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam); or
  • engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

4. User Content

"User Content" means any information, text, images, links, notes, or other materials you create, upload, post, or share through the Service, including wishlist items, event details, comments, and profile information.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content on Flonslist, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content;
  • your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and
  • your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

5. Sharing and Visibility

Flonslist is designed for sharing wishlists, registries, events, and related content with others. When you share a list or invite someone to an event, certain information (such as list items, event details, participant names, and reservation status) may be visible to those users.

You are responsible for choosing what content you add and who you share it with. We are not responsible for how other users use information you have shared with them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, logos, text, graphics, software, and all other materials (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Flonslist and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software, except as permitted by law.

Flonslist may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, including merchant websites and product pages. These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Affiliate and Product Links

Flonslist may use affiliate links, product links, or merchant link technologies. When you click on a product link, you may be directed to a third-party website, and Flonslist may receive a commission or referral fee if you make a purchase.

This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not influence the content of your wishlists or the recommendations provided by the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by using available account settings or contacting us.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flonslist regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
